You are welcome to browse, read and share this site. Please do not attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or use it to send unsolicited or automated messages through the contact form.

The text, design, code, logo and imagery on this site belong to NovaCraft Agency unless stated otherwise. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. Republishing pages wholesale, reusing the logo, or presenting our work as your own is not permitted.

Projects on the Our Work page are published with the client's permission. Those brands and their trademarks remain theirs. Some work is under NDA and is therefore not shown.

Sending the contact form starts a conversation. It does not create an engagement, reserve a place in our schedule, or commit either side to anything. Work begins only once we have both signed a written proposal covering scope, timeline and fees.

Timelines, figures and outcomes described on this site are drawn from past projects and are given for illustration. They are not a promise of the same result for your project — every project has different constraints, and we would rather tell you that upfront.

Some pages link to sites we do not control, including live client sites. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

We aim to keep this site up at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change or remove pages without notice.

This site is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, NovaCraft Agency is not liable for any loss arising from your use of it or from reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site means the current version applies.
