Privacy Policy
This policy explains what NovaCraft Agency does with the information you send us through this website, who else handles it, and how to ask us to delete it.
Last updated: 29 July 2026
This page is written in plain English to describe how the site actually works. It is not legal advice, and it has not yet been reviewed by a solicitor.
1. What we collect
Only what you choose to send us. The contact form asks for:
- your full name;
- your email address;
- your company or brand name, if you choose to give one;
- the project type and budget range you select from the lists; and
- the project description you write.
Along with the submission we record the date and time, and which page the form was sent from, so we can reply in context.
We do not run advertising trackers, we do not build visitor profiles, and we do not sell or rent your information.
2. Why we use it
To read your enquiry and reply to it, and — if it becomes a project — to carry on that conversation. That is the only purpose. We will not add you to a mailing list on the strength of a contact-form submission.
Your email address is set as the reply address on the message our team receives, so replying reaches you directly.
3. Who else handles it
Two service providers necessarily see a submission on its way to us:
- Resend delivers the email. Resend's privacy policy
- Vercel hosts this website and processes the request. Vercel's privacy policy
Both act on our instructions and only to provide their service. Our own email is hosted by a standard business email provider. Nobody else receives your enquiry.
4. Where it is processed
We are a remote team and our providers operate internationally, so your information may be processed outside your own country. We choose established providers who publish their own data-protection terms, linked above.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in our email system for as long as the conversation is useful, and are deleted when it is clearly finished. Where an enquiry becomes a project, we keep the correspondence for as long as we need it for that work and for our own records afterwards. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.
6. Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies, and there is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to. Nothing about you is stored in your browser beyond what your browser needs to display the page.
7. Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@novacraftagency.com and we will act on it. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to complain to a data-protection authority.
8. Security
This site is served over HTTPS, so your submission is encrypted in transit, and access to our inbox is restricted to the people who need it. No system can be guaranteed secure, and we will not claim otherwise.
For that reason, please do not send passwords, card numbers, identity documents or other sensitive material through the contact form. We will never ask you for them.
9. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
10. Contact
Questions about privacy go to hello@novacraftagency.com. We are a remote team and aim to reply within under 6 working hours.
